A report published by The Future Laboratory in collaboration with lifestyle recipe box service Green Chef, informs that dietary practises are about to change as 62% of Britons in the past have altered their diets to become healthier. Bluetrition is one of the few diets whose trend is seen to increase among the people of the UK as the food is all about low sugar, high fibre, and plant-based whole foods. Other diets predicted according to the report are the ketogenic diet, Cognition Nutrition, and the Mediterranean Diet. All these diets benefit individuals not only physically but also mentally.
