Creso Pharma signs a non-binding term sheet that will enable it to acquire Health House, an international pharmaceutical distributor in Australasia, Europe, and the UK, and it doesn’t require any legal obligations. Creso Pharma is all set to undertake due diligence on the acquired firm’s operations immediately. While there are various conditions of the agreement, it also offers various benefits such as enabling Creso Pharma to distribute their items through Health House International’s network and vice versa.
