Formerly known as Maeil Dairies, Maeil Nutrition has entered into an agreement with the New York-based personalised solutions provider, Hologram Sciences. Last year, Hologram Sciences had acquired investment worth $100 million from Royal DSM, a multinational firm based out of the Netherlands. This investment will enable Maeil Nutrition to provide improved customised solutions to Korean customers of all age groups with diverse health and nutritional demands. In the first half of 2023, the Korean company will launch a new product line that will include an improved vitamin D supplement with up to three times the absorption rate of comparable goods now on the market. Customers will be given a test kit to assess their vitamin levels, and nutrition counselling offerings will offer advice on what to eat and how much exercise to get.
