Redesign Health receives funding worth $65m from CVS Health, UPMC, and General Catalyst

Redesign Health, a healthcare firm that creates startups, has closed round C funding at around $65 million. The chief funders of Redesign Health were General Catalyst, CVS Health Ventures, and UPMC Enterprises. Redesign Health is responsible for creating MedArrive, a home health startup, and Calibrate, a startup aiming at weight loss. The main focuses of Redesign Health are cost-effectiveness, enhancing and prioritising patient care, and making it accessible. The healthcare startup-developing company has churned out around 40 startups and now would use this funding to support more businesses.
