ResMed to acquire German sleep tech company along with its digital health solution

ResMed is all set to acquire Germany-based Mementor and its application Somnio, and permanently approved digital health application for in its home country while also being in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation of the EU. Mementor has been acquired by ResMed for the purpose of improving Germany’s sleep portfolio holistically. Mementor will be integrated into ResMed’s operations as a separate business slot and ResMed will employ the former’s sleep tech platform to bring developments in its digital health segment.
