ScionHealth to leverage its RPM at 79 hospitals for chronic care at home

ScionHealth, a Louisville-based healthcare delivery network, and Cadence, a New York-based health tech company, are set to launch a remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform to support chronic care. This technology will limit the on-site visits of patients who suffer from chronic diseases. ScionHealth will implement its tech platform in 18 community hospitals situated in 12 different states. Cadence’s collaboration will enable the management of patients with critical conditions that are difficult to treat outside ERs and hospitals.
